Bushido Success at Westgate Judo Championship.

Five junior members from Wallsend's Bushido Judo Kwai competed at the

 Westgate Judo Championship, Newcastle upon Tyne on Saturday 7th June 2014.

Zac Ellerby (9) won Gold in the Primary u38kg, Ellie Hutton (9) won Gold in the Primary u30kg,

Liam Banks (14) won Silver in the Junior o60kg, Jenni Frances (7) won Silver in the Primary u25kg,

Jessica Cairns (13) won Bronze in the Junior 55kg, Millie Williams (10) won Bronze in the Junior u50kg.

Unfortunately Jessica was injured in her event and was taken to hospital, Good news, nothing broken and just needs rest.
