Surprise visit to Bushido Judo Kwai.

At our Friday evening session, we had a surprise visit from Mick and Andrew Douglass, two very fine dan grades from Newbiggin Sports Centre, both our junior and seniors enjoyed the session that they had from the visit, and learned some new (to them) techniques. Really good session.
